Decluttering, updating & staging really helped to show off this home’s true beauty! We have resources that will make the process of emptying out your home, or a loved one’s home, quick and easy. Through a combination of selling, donating and organizing they can help you get a handle on even the most daunting projects. After the home was cleared out we had the hardwood floors refinished and all of the carpets replaced. Fresh paint throughout brought new life to the home as did removing all heavy window coverings to let the natural light pour in. The kitchen benefitted from new flooring, light fixtures & stainless steel appliances. The cabinets were painted white to brighten everything up! The lower level was painted and updated with new carpet to create additional living space that felt welcoming and usable. Beautiful staging helped to show off the potential of each space, including helping buyers visualize the possibilities of the main level family room addition.
