Living Room

Fresh, neutral paint opened up the space and gave it a bright and modern feel. Removing the heavy curtains allowed natural light to stream in while a mirror on the mantel helped to maximize the effect. Eliminating tall, bulky furniture made the space feel a lot larger and a galley style furniture layout streamlined the look, creating a beautiful and warming focal point out of the fireplace.

Dining room

This dining room dazzles thanks to fresh paint that brightens the room and highlights the gorgeous tray ceilings. With a little decluttering, the original fixtures and details of the room can shine.

Sunroom

Small, simple things such as removing curtains for photos and showings make the room appear much larger and brighter. Fresh paint and a smaller rug really help this space shine! Using purposeful and properly sized furniture makes it easy for buyers to see how to use the room. It’s much easier to imagine enjoying a cup of coffee and a good book in this space when you set the scene!

Master bedroom

Painting the dark paneling brought fresh life into this master suite. By removing the curtains and extraneous furniture, the space became an open, light-filled oasis. The stager was able to use the existing furniture to create a cohesive look while an added white bedspread gives it a crisp, clean feeling.
