In preparing this home for the market, our team considered the improvements that would result in a higher sale price and a quicker sale. The living room carpet was removed to reveal hardwood floors, which we had refinished throughout the main level. All of the interior walls were painted a modern, neutral gray to warm and brighten the space. The kitchen was refreshed with new flooring, new light fixtures, new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. The cabinets were painted white and modern black hardware was added. The lower level became a bright and welcoming space thanks to new carpet, painted paneling and removal of the drop ceiling. The final touch was professional staging that brought the space to life and allowed buyers to envision themselves living there. Professional photography allowed online buyers to see the space in it’s best light!
